This was sent by my friend, Bettina. This is the Neoclassic facade of the San Carlo Theatre with the elegant loggia, by Antonio Nicolini, above the atrium. This is the oldest continuously active theatre in the world and is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was inaugurated on November 4, 1737 and was named after the King Bourbon Charles III of Naples.
